Corrections and questions about what is published here are welcome. Orders, refunds and shipping are handled by the seller, not by us.
How to reach us
Our contact address is being set up. Rather than print an address that does not receive mail, this page will say so until the mailbox is live. If you are reading this and need to reach us urgently, please check back — this page is updated as soon as it changes.
What we can help with
- Corrections: a price that has changed, a policy we quoted wrongly, a broken link, a figure that no longer matches its source.
- Questions about how we researched something on this site, or where a specific number came from.
- Requests to remove or amend something published here.
What we cannot help with
- Orders. We are not the seller of any product mentioned on this site. We cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order, and we have no access to anyone’s account or payment details. The retailer’s name appears on your card statement — that is who to contact.
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians and we do not give medical advice. Please take health questions to a pharmacist, a physician, or another qualified professional.
- Product samples, sponsorship and paid placement. We do not accept them, and a payment will not get a product mentioned here.
A note on what you send
Please do not send us personal health information. We do not need it, we are not equipped to handle it, and we cannot advise on it. A correction can almost always be described without it.
